Snowball Drop Teams of two use hip-power and agility to empty their fort of snowballs before reaching the finish line.
2 empty rectangular pop-up style tissue boxes
2 belts (long enough to fit each contestant’s waist)
8 ping pong balls
Scissors or box cutter
Cut a slit at each end of the tissue box and thread the belt through. This forms the “snowball fort” which will be worn around the contestants’ waists. Repeat with second box.
Fill each snowball fort with 4 ping pong balls.
Form teams of two.
Person A buckles the belt around their waist with the full snowball fort placed at the small of their back.
On “Go,” Person A begins to wiggle their hips and walk/run so that the snowballs drop out of the fort as they make their way to the finish line; they may only cross the finish line when all 4 snowballs have dropped.
Meanwhile, Person B walks/runs behind their teammate, encouraging, catching and counting the falling snowballs.
When all snowballs have dropped and Person A has crossed the line, the teammates change roles, refilling the fort with the 4 snowballs before heading back to the other side of the field.
The first pair to complete the circuit wins the snowball fight!
