JULY is Biking Month
•    Participate in a community bike rodeo
•    Use your bike as a form of transportation
•    Organize a bike ride to raise awareness
     for a cause
•    Ride your bike to the firework display
•    Teach a child how to ride a bike

APRIL is Financial Fitness Month
•    Do taxes as a family
•    Talk about budgeting
•    Make a saving goal
•    Open child saving accounts
•    Cut one thing from your daily life to save
     for something big
•    Visit Airmen and Family Readiness
OCTOBER is Low-Impact Sports Month
•    Try Yoga
•    Check out a video and try Pilates
•    Improve weekly fitness test by 10%
•    Visit the fitness center for cardio training
•    Go on a bike ride

MAY is National Fitness Month
•    Set personal and family running/walking goals
•    Sign up for America’s Kids Run

NOVEMBER is Community Service Month
•    Ask the chapel what you can do to help
•    Find a soup kitchen
