  • High-fat meat on the BBQ (steak, cheeseburger, pork ribs, beef ribs)
  • Hot dogs and all their relatives (brats and other sausages)
  • Mayonnaise-based salads (choose salads made with vinegar instead)
  • Frozen drinks with umbrellas like Pina coladas and long island ice teas
  • Thirst quenchers (smoothies, sweet tea, milkshakes)
  • Frozen treats (ice cream!)
  • Deep fried fair food (a gigantic turkey leg can be 1,150 calories with 54 grams of fat)
  • Salad toppers (fried chicken strips, bacon, cheese, etc.)
  • Mindless munching (chips, cheese puffs, nachos)
  • Breaded-deep-fried chicken
