Load your family's points weekly!

If you don't have time during the week to log your points now you can visit on Saturday or Sunday to log points for activities you completed during the week. Families have until midnight Sunday (GMT) to log points for the previous seven days! This means that the total points you can log will be 4000 x 7 or 28,000 during regular months or twice this number during bonus months.
If every activity was a family activity, this equates to 28 activities each week. For families where individuals do a lot of things on their own, the number of maximum-earning family activities will be less because some of the maximum points total will be earned by individual activities at 100 points each. So remember to get up, get out, get fit -- together!

How families and individuals can earn Fit Family points If an activity is performed by two adults OR one adult and at least one child, the FAMILY earns 1,000 points (or 2,000 points during double points months: March, May, and July)

Other family members busy today?You can still stay active and earn individual points! If an activity is completed individually, you'll earn 100 points, which are added to your family total. Individuals DO NOT earn double points during bonus months.

Bonus months are DOUBLE POINTS months!During these bonus months, families can log up to 8000 points per day!
