Tortilla Chips and Wraps


Ingredients: Tortilla Chips
1 package of fat free flour tortillas
100% vegetable oil spray
Sea Salt

Slice tortillas with a pizza slicer into triangles. Spray lightly with the vegetable oil spray and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Bake In a preheated oven at 375 for about 5-10 minutes, varying on how crispy you like your chips.

Ingredients: Wraps
1 package of fat free flour tortillas
6-12 large lettuce leaves
1 large tomato (sliced or diced)
Reduced fat shredded cheese
8 ounces thinly sliced reduced fat smoked turkey
1 avocado
1 tablespoon reduced fat sour cream
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of sea salt

Cut flesh away from the avocado skin and mash the avocado.  Stir in the sour cream, lemon juice, and salt.  Top each tortilla with a thin layer of the avocado mix.  Add one to two lettuce leaves.  Place one to two slices of turkey over the lettuce.  Sprinkle the tomatoes and cheese thinly over the top.  Roll it all up, slice it in half and enjoy it with a few homemade tortilla chips.

Note: You can use whatever vegetables you prefer when making the wraps.  They are fine when prepared in advance as well, and work great for a picnic or meal at the office.  Frozen avocado dip can be used in place of making your own here.
