Ingredients

•    1 (3.4-ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
•    1 cup fat-free milk
•    1 (8-ounce) container frozen fat-free
      whipped topping, thawed
•    3 ripe bananas, diced
•    1½ cups miniature vanilla wafers, divided
•    2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

PREPARATION
Prep Time: 10 minutes

1.  Combine pudding mix and milk in a small
     bowl; whisk until smooth.

2.  Fold in whipped topping, then fold in
     bananas. Layer half of the vanilla wafers
     in the bottom of an 8-inch square
     baking dish.

3.  Spread half the pudding mixture over the
     vanilla wafers. Repeat with another layer
     of vanilla wafers and pudding.

4.  Decorate the top layer with strawberries.
     Cover and chill or serve immediately
