Five-Minute Soup


Ingredients

4 cups fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth, heated
2 cups shredded fresh spinach, cabbage, or lettuce
1 medium zucchini, very thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken without skin
     or shredded cooked lean meat, cooked without
     salt, all visible fat discarded
4 medium button mushrooms, sliced
1 medium tomato, cubed


PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES

1. Put the ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to
    a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat
    and simmer for 5 minutes.
