PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 425°. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside. 2. Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and cook until lightly toasted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and transfer Panko to a shallow dish. 3. Pour egg substitute into another shallow dish. 4. Cut each mozzarella stick into 1-inch pieces. Dip each piece, one at a time, in egg substitute then dredge in Panko. Place each piece on coated baking sheet. 5. Bake at 425° for 3 minutes or until the cheese as softened and heated through. 6. Meanwhile, pour marinara sauce into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute, stirring to avoid splatters. Serve hot cheese bites with sauce.
