Lassi is a frothy yogurt-based fruit drink from Southern India, and usually contains spices and seasonal fruits from the region. It’s thinner than a milkshake or smoothie, and thicker than flavored milk. Serve it anytime, and especially as an post-workout pick-me-up. NOTE: Reduce the sugar in the recipe by using plain yogurt and adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
