1 cup, or container, nonfat plain Greek yogurt
or generic plain/fruit nonfat yogurt
½ cup almond milk
or 1%/nonfat/rice/soy/goat’s milk
1 package devil’s food cake mix
1 medium mashed banana, or seasonal fruit
1 cup chopped walnuts
or other types of nuts e.g. almonds,
3 large eggs, or 6 egg whites
½ cup Fiber One Original cereal
or 2 Tbsp flaxseed/generic/other high
½ tsp pumpkin spice, or cinnamon
1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees F. In a bowl,
beat eggs. Add milk, yogurt, banana, and
mix well. Add remaining ingredients:
walnuts, cereal, cake mix, and pumpkin
spice; mix well.
2. Bake according to package directions.
