This low-fat treat is a great dipping snack with crisp carrot sticks and celery, and equally as smart as a salad dressing.

Ingredients:

1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
3 canned anchovy fillets
1 garlic clove, minced
⅔ cup fresh parsley leaves
¼ cup fresh tarragon leaves
¼ cup chopped fresh chives

PREPARATION:
1. Place yogurt, mayo, Worcestershire, lemon juice, pepper sauce, anchovies and garlic in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
2. Add herbs and pulse until herbs are minced and incorporated.


Be careful about portion size!
Yield: 1½ cups (serving size: 2½ tablespoons)
