Ingredients:

1 cucumber
4 stalks celery
1 half lemon
2 apples
6-8 leaves of kale
1 inch piece of fresh ginger

PREPARATION:
1. Wash all produce well. Peel the lemon and ginger, core the apple.

2. Place all ingredients in a juicer. Process and serve.
