Ingredients 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped ¼ cup creamy peanut butter 30 braided honey-wheat pretzel twists (such as Snyder's of Hanover) ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
PREPARATION 1. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Place chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until chocolate melts, stirring every 15 seconds. 3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. 4. Dip and roll one pretzel at a time in the chocolate mix, keeping one end of the pretzel “clean” as a handle. Place each pretzel on the prepared pan. 5. Place sheet pan in freezer for 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Note: Store on the tray in the refrigerator for up to five days. Serve cold.
