Pumpkin Dunk-in

Ideal with crisp fall apples, this dip is unusual, healthy and adaptable. Use sugar substitute (like Splenda) instead of the brown sugar and shave off some calories; mix in your favorite fall spices – like allspice or ginger – to create your own favorite flavor. You’ll find it’s also great to serve with ginger snaps, or as a seasonal spread for your morning toast. Any way you stir it, you’ll have a hit on your hands. Double the recipe for parties.
