Ingredients 1 pound asparagus, trimmed ½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes ⅓ cup sliced shallots 1½ teaspoons chopped fresh thyme ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper Cooking spray
PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Toss together asparagus, tomatoes, shallots, thyme, salt and pepper on a jelly-roll pan. Spread into a single layer 3. Coat surface lightly with cooking spray. 4. Bake at 400° for 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
