Rosemary’s Popcorn

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup popcorn kernels
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION:
1. Select a large Dutch oven with a matching lid.

2. Pour oil into pot and heat over medium-high heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover, leaving pot partially open. Cook 3 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and close lid completely until the popping stops.

4. Sprinkle rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper over the popped corn, cover with lid, and shake to coat kernels. Pour into individual serving bowls.


Serves 10, 1½ cups each
