Thai-spiced Grilled
Tuna Steaks

Mix up grilling season with meaty, low-fat tuna steaks. Red curry paste gives this dish a rich spiciness; adjust the amount of curry paste you use to accommodate your family. Serve the tuna with a brightly colored salad to balance the heat and add a burst of fresh flavor.
